As a patient you have the following rights against the data controller. We process requests within 30 days of receipt.
You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and, if so, obtain a copy.
If you find that your data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request its correction.
In cases provided by law, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to receive data processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract in a machine-readable format. Please note that medical records may only be provided under statutory conditions.
You have the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.

We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt. For more complex requests we may extend this period by a further 30 days, of which we will inform you.
